The TITAN-model cremation furnaces for human remains, which we design and manufacture, are a new-generation design that maximizes the efficiency of the cremation process thanks to top-quality refractory materials and systems for recovering and recirculating heat that would otherwise be lost to the atmosphere.

Our cremation systems are available in several configurations—with stacked chambers or interconnected chambers—featuring smooth or knurled stainless steel paneling or a panel-free design, and can be equipped with any optional features for process automation, depending on the customer’s specific needs.

At the bottom of the combustion chamber are installed two ducts, for ashes and for zinc recovery.

They can be reached with two doors respectively placed, in front of the combustion chamber and on its side. This is an easy way to remove ashes and zinc and to begin a new cremation cycle.

The gases emitted from the cremation chamber are channeled into a post-combustion chamber, which—at a temperature of > 900°C—allows the gases from the primary chamber to oxidize, ensuring the elimination of smoke and unpleasant odors and thereby producing emissions that fully comply with the limits set by the most stringent national and European anti-pollution regulations.

Installed at the base of the cremation chamber are the ash recovery duct and the zinc recovery duct, both accessible through two convenient hatches—one at the front and one on the side—ensuring that the chamber is ready to begin a new cremation cycle in a very short time.

If necessary or specifically required during the permitting process, our furnaces can be equipped with systems for continuous monitoring of atmospheric emissions and specialized flue gas treatment systems.
